Refund policy

The plain version

If a template does not do what its product page says, tell us within 30 days of purchase and you get your money back. Email [email protected] with your Paddle receipt and one line on what went wrong. Refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method.

What we will always refund

• A workbook that will not open or calculate in Excel 2016 or later on Windows.
• A product materially different from its description on the site.
• Duplicate purchases of the same product.

What we do not refund

• "I changed my mind" after downloading, outside the window above - these are digital files that cannot be returned.
• Results of the figures you entered, or use outside the licence.
• Incompatibility with software other than Microsoft Excel (older versions, some non-Windows environments, free spreadsheet clones).

Your statutory rights

Nothing here reduces rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
