The short version

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read, and Cloudflare's own analytics for the same purpose. We run no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking pixels. The pages themselves are otherwise static files. Paddle's own checkout script loads on every page so it is ready when you buy - see below for what that involves.

What we hold and why

• Email you send us. If you email [email protected] (support, or anything else) we hold that correspondence to reply and to provide support. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
• An email address you type into a form here. If you enter your address to get the free workbook, or to join the Pensum Control waiting list, we hold it so we can send you the thing you asked for and, where you joined a waiting list, one email when it opens. We do not sell or share it. Ask us and we will delete it.
• Purchases. Checkout is operated by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle collects and processes your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy; we receive your name, email and what you bought, so we can deliver the product and honour the licence and refund policy.
• Paddle's checkout script. Loading Paddle's payment script on every page also loads Paddle's own revenue-analytics tool (ProfitWell, which Paddle owns) in your browser. This tells us in aggregate how the site is performing commercially; it is part of Paddle's infrastructure, not something we added, and is covered by Paddle's own privacy policy.
• Site analytics. We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare's own analytics to see aggregate numbers - which pages get read, roughly where visitors come from, what device they used. Google Analytics sets a cookie to do this. Neither is used to identify you personally or to advertise to you elsewhere.
• Server logs. The hosting network keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages requested) for security and capacity, kept only as long as needed for that purpose.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your details to anyone.
• Run third-party advertising or social trackers on this site.

Your rights

Ask at [email protected] to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you and we will do it. Where UK GDPR applies to you, that includes the rights it gives you over your personal data.
