What buying a template lets you do

• Use it inside one business - yours - on as many of that business's projects, devices and staff as you like.
• Fill it in, adapt it, rebrand it with your own logo, and issue its outputs (applications, registers, statements) to your clients and supply chain in the ordinary course of business.
• Keep it. The licence does not expire and there is no subscription required to keep using what you bought.

What it does not let you do

• Resell, give away, publish or redistribute the workbook itself, adapted or not, inside or outside your business group.
• Offer it (or a derivative of it) as part of a competing product, course, or template pack.
• Share your download with other businesses - each business needs its own purchase. A group of companies under common ownership needs one licence per registered company.

Updates

The optional annual updates subscription, where offered, delivers new versions of the workbooks you own. Stopping it stops new versions; everything already downloaded stays yours under this licence.

The plain-English intent

You bought a tool for your firm, not stock to resell. Used that way, you will never hear from us about licensing.
